In May 2021, we started design and survey work as part of the construction of a port elevator with a capacity of 800 thousand tons, which provides for the construction of 4 metal flat bottomed silos with a grain capacity of 10 thousand tons with a point of acceptance from road and rail transport and a point of shipment to water transport. As part of this project, the reconstruction of the third cargo berth is also underway. The current trend is the acquisition of new logistics efficiency factors, the merging of its traditional areas of application and the formation of a qualitatively new strategic innovation system - integrated logistics. The logistics infrastructure is a well-established system for ensuring the functioning of the procurement, supply, storage and delivery system to the destination. Properly established infrastructure is becoming a key factor in the introduction of progressive innovations in the field of trade, which is the main advantage of LLC "Strelezkoe - AgroTrade".
LLC "Strelezkoe - AgroTrade" was founded by the Port to develop a new line of business - the export of grain crops and vegetable oils. Receiving goods at the port elevator, processing documents, sending cargo for export is maximally optimized, which are the key factors why LLC "Strelezkoe - AgroTrade" is chosen by farms and peasant farms - suppliers of grain and agricultural products. The main task is leadership due to the high speed of decision making and reaction to market changes, low costs and high reliability of supplies. All these advantages are the result of an optimally built logistics system. To implement the tasks of improving the logistics capabilities, the Port is being modernized. At the moment, the first stage of the reconstruction of the bulk cargo storage facility has been completed, which allows for the simultaneous placement of 5 thousand tons of vegetable oils in two vertical steel tanks of 2500 cbm, each with a point of acceptance from road and rail transport and a point of shipment to water transport.
